Yoga for Riders

WHO:

Yoga for Riders. You & Any Rider You Would Like To Invite!

WHAT:

Cultivate ease, strength and self-awareness through a yoga practice specially designed for equestrians. Habits and old injuries can result in less effective use of our bodies and harbor stuck emotions. Yoga poses can help free your body and state of mind to be the best partner you can be with your horse.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

  • Learn poses that will:

- unlock restrictions in your body, especially in the lower back and hips

- build strength in your seat (core)

- enhance overall fluidity and ease

  • Yoga experience preferred, but not required. Once registered, you will receive a list of items to bring, a release form and a questionnaire.

  • About the instructor: Eve Tai began riding horses in her fifties and credits yoga for making a happy life in the saddle possible. She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and holds two 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training certificates.
