WHAT:

A Workshop to introduce the concept of Chakras so you can get a good foundation with your energy centers.  Your Chakras are an important driving factor in every aspect of your daily life.  That means they are affecting your relationship with your horse too.  Learn how to balance, center and stabilize your Chakras in your daily life in and out of the saddle!

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

• Guidance In Meditation To Connect With Each Chakra

• Guidance In Creating A Ceremonial Craft To Serve As A Practice & Reminder

• Local artist, Shannon L Gaub, will lead you through creating a watercolor painting based on the seven chakras. This project is perfect for first-time painter and even those who have some experience with watercolors.  All supplies will be provided.

• Guidance In Creating A Mantra For Each Chakra
